Ford part #45260-S2

These are called a "spring nut - U-shape" by Ford, and take a #8 screw with 18 threads/inch.  They are 1/2" wide and 1" long, and the "S2" indicates that they have a black phosphate coating.  So far the only replacements I've found are NOS from various Ford dealers or via eBay.
