Battery to rh fender
Battery to right-hand fender on the 1983 - 86 Ford trucks with the 6.9L diesel engine.
The diesel-engined trucks have another ground cable that comes from the battery and goes to the fender in two places: G210 "at electronic voltage regulator", and G211 "near starter motor relay". I can't find that cable in the parts catalog, but see it in this illustration as well as in the list of grounds:
