How to find the part number for a component part of an exhaust system

1. Find the truck model in the (Alphabetical) Model Application Chart tab
2. Find the Exhaust Parts List Number which pertains to your unit
3. Turn to the Parts Lists tab and find the component needed.
   (PARTS within a parts list are LISTED from FRONT to REAR or BOTTOM to TOP of the EXHAUST SYSTEM)

EXAMPLE: To find a muffler for a 1980 E100 with 300 gas engine and 124" W/B, look first in the (Alphabetical Model Application Chart for E100. Next, find "G" for "gas engine", "300" for 300 C.I.D. listed under model E100. Parts List 23 shows exhaust system parts for the model. Turn to Parts List 23 and find part number EOTZ 5230-BD for the muffler.

NB: Each of the tabs has documents in PDF format (pizza pie), and you can pop them out into a another tab on your browser by clicking the "full screen" icon at the bottom right of the document's frame.  And, in that new window you can search for what you are looking for, either by doing a Control+F or using the search function shown on the page.  And that's pretty helpful on the Parts List tab as that document is 37 pages long.

Ford called these a Shroud (Carburetor Air Cleaner Air Duct), and they cover the exhaust manifold to direct hot air to the air cleaner's inlet so the Air Cleaner Temp Sensor can do its thing to regulate the temperature.

​The ones pictured are for a 351M or 400, but the others are shown in the illustrations, and they all work the same.
