     Ford used a numeric code of 1 to 20 to describe the tape stripes for most of their vehicles. You can click on the small images above to make them larger in order to determine which code of tape stripe you have. Then, click on the tab below that includes your code to see a much larger version of the illustrations as well as descriptions of the stripes and their part numbers.
However, there were "other" codes beyond #20 that got put in the catalog somewhat randomly. Therefore, I've created a tab aptly named "Other" to the right of the tab labeled "Types 17 - 20" that includes these stripes. But, you will have to hit the arrow scroller at the far right of the tabs to scroll to the "Other" tab. |
