Glass fuses weren't used in these trucks, but just in case you need the info on them....

The EVTM says "The fuse link is a short length of wire smaller in gage than the wire in the protected circuit.  The wire is covered with a thick non-flammable insulation.  An overload causes the link to heat and the insulation to blister.  If the overload remains, the link will melt, causing an open circuit."

Note that the black star associated with the 1980 and 1981 fuse box covers means they were discontinued.  And that "82/" means "1982 through the end of the catalog", which was 1989.  So, a cover from any truck from a 1982 through 1989 should work.
