The Standard & Utilities Parts catalog says that an N610939 is a "Tap Hex Washer Head 4.2 - 1.41 x 19mm", and  the screw on the right was in Scott/kramttocs' 1986 truck to hold the arm rest support on.  Since it fits the description I'll assume it is N610939.  But the screw on the left was in the doors of my 1981 and 1985 trucks.  It is a #8 (4.2mm) x 1/2" (13mm).
